Firehouse Pools Text Message Terms
Program. Firehouse Hydro Systems L.L.C., operating as Firehouse Pools, sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have contacted us about a pool, patio, landscape, or outdoor living project, or about service on an existing pool.
What we send. Replies to your enquiry, appointment and quote information, project updates, and customer care. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
How you opt in. By calling or texting us at (903) 340-2454, or by giving us your mobile number when you contact us about a project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe.
